Setup a dynamic TE tunnel from XR11 to CSR9. Use autoroute relative metric so only the tunnel is used to get to CSR8, CSR1, CSR4 from XRv11.

Answer

Autoroute announce on IOX-XR works the same as we saw in the XE lab, however to me it seems to be less buggy - traffic takes the te tunnel more predictably when adjusting metric. (I was having some problems with this with XE).

By default, the TE tunnel will be used with ECMP to CSR1, CSR4 and CSR8. These three destination have an IGP cost of 30. The tunnel itself is 20 (it takes the IGP cost to the destination). So if we adjust the tunnel down by -1, these should use only the tunnel.
